Pranay Jain is the CEO and Co-founder of Enterprise Bot Private Limited, a company specializing in customer service bots that enhance communication and reduce contact center costs. With a strong background in business leadership, Pranay previously held the position of Director at Kumar Builders and served as the Founder of Mike Robotics. As Vice President of the Consulting Division at Bentley Microfinance, Pranay aimed to influence the microfinance sector through student volunteer initiatives. Pranay's career began at Bentley Web Services as an intern, and previous experience includes serving as the Business Development Head and Board Member at Kumar Builders.
