Michael Spinks has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Regional Director for Eastern Gulf Coast Operations at Enterprise Products since June 2001. In this role, Michael has overseen various assets, including gas gathering and transmission, liquids pipelines, gas processing plants, NGL fractionators, and product handling terminals. Prior to this position, Michael held various engineering and operations management roles at Cities Service, Oxy, Enron, Transcanada, and Coastal from 1980 to 2001. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Chemical Engineering from Oklahoma State University between 1975 and 1980.
