Since 1947 ESA has prided itself on crew management and the wide range of resulting activities such as the selection and recruitment of crew members as well as the control of administrative practices related to embarking and disembarking, distribution, the training and ongoing management of officers and mariners employed by ships (under complete management or requiring crew management only). 
In particular, the crew recruitment department is the ESA dept specialized in the recruitment and management of the seafarers. Through many and various recruitment strategy, researches trained and certified crew suitable for embark on the fleets managed by ESA. Our research is aimed primarily at the management of officers who have completed training experiences aboard or who want to develop new ones.
