Avijit Sinha

Avijit Sinha is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate development and strategic partnerships across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at EDB since September 2025, Avijit leads mergers and acquisitions critical to the company's growth. Prior to EDB, Avijit held various leadership roles at Wind River from September 2021 to September 2025, including Senior Vice President of Strategy and Global Business Development, President, and Chief Product Officer, focusing on long-term vision, business development, and product strategy. Avijit's career began at Microsoft, where a tenure from March 2001 to September 2021 included positions such as General Manager for Azure Mobility and Senior Director for Intelligent Edge and IoT, driving innovation in cloud solutions and connected technologies. Avijit holds a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University, and an MBA in Finance, Marketing, and Strategy from Seattle University.
