Jace Harmer

Jace Harmer has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Jace started their career as a Designer at CREO Marketing Support Consultancy Services in 2009. Jace then worked as a Graphic Designer at Solera National Bank from 2010 to 2011. Jace also gained experience as a Sr. UI/UX Developer at Napkin Labs from an unspecified date in 2011 to 2013. Jace subsequently joined Kapost as a Sr. UX Engineer and later as the Director of UX from 2013 to 2015. Jace then ventured into freelance web and graphic design from 2009 to 2017, working with SPK Media as a Contract Designer/Developer from 2010 to 2017. In 2015, they joined RMS as a Software Engineering Manager until 2017, when they became their Director of Software Development until 2020. Jace then continued as the Sr Director of Software Development at Moody's Analytics from 2021 to 2022. Jace's most recent position was as the Senior Director of Software Engineering at Crux from 2022 to 2024. Currently, they hold the role of VP, Design at EDB starting in 2024. Throughout their career, Jace has demonstrated their leadership skills by managing teams and overseeing the development of various applications. Jace has also contributed to streamlining feature development and implementing processes for hiring and career development.

Jace Harmer attended Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2008 to 2010, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in a specific field of study. Jace then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Jace obtained a UX Certificate from Nielsen Norman Group in 2016 and a Pragmatic Marketing Certified (PMC-1) from Pragmatic Marketing in 2018.
