Rob Feldman

Robert Feldman is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer and Head of Corporate Development at EDB since May 2023, Robert previously held various legal positions at Citrix from November 2009 to October 2022, including Vice President and General Counsel. Earlier roles include Partner at Birnbaum & Godkin, LLP, and Litigation Attorney at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP. Robert holds a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
