Dave Solano is the Vice President and General Manager of Enterprise Mobility, overseeing operations in South Carolina and coastal Georgia since 2014. They lead a network of over 125 branch offices and 1,600 employees, focusing on customer satisfaction, employee development, profitability, and fleet growth. With a career at Enterprise Mobility beginning in 1997, they held various roles including Management Trainee, Regional Vice President, and Branch Manager. Dave is also a Diversity Leadership Initiative Fellow from the Riley Institute at Furman University, enhancing their commitment to inclusive leadership. Currently, they are pursuing education at the University of Maryland College Park.
