Lucas Welsh, MBA, is a Business Solutions Manager at Enterprise Holdings, where they have been driving performance and managing vendor relationships since 2012. Previously, they served as a Vehicle Repair Field Supervisor, overseeing training and performance management initiatives. Before joining Enterprise Holdings, Lucas worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Fleet Supervisor and Vehicle Repair Coordinator, managing large fleets and ensuring the quality of vehicle maintenance.
