Mahbub Alam

Mahbub Alam possesses a diverse background in leadership and management roles within several organizations. Notable positions include serving as Vice President of Internal Affairs and President at the International Student Resource Centre, where responsibilities encompassed meeting coordination and executive committee direction. Currently, Mahbub holds the position of Treasurer at the Canadian Federation of Students, overseeing finances and budget management. Additional experience includes various roles in the service industry, such as Kitchen Staff at Mallard Cottage, Cashier at Burger King, and Customer Retention Specialist at SP Data Digital. In the realm of student governance, Mahbub is also engaged as Staff Relations Officer and Executive Director of Finance & Services at MUNSU. Education is being pursued at Memorial University of Newfoundland, with a focus on a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance, expected to complete in 2025.
