Matthew Ryan is currently the Regional Revenue Manager at Enterprise Mobility, overseeing revenue strategy for the UK and Ireland. They began their career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Graduate Management Trainee and progressed to Branch Manager, where they honed their operational leadership skills. Transitioning to Revenue Management, Matthew played a crucial role in growing the department from a small team to a 60-person operation across Europe. Their strategic impact includes the development of a Fleet and Revenue Planning Tool, which contributed to a significant increase in leisure revenues.
