Michael Powell

Michael Powell has extensive experience in claims management, having held various leadership positions at Progressive Insurance from January 1996 to January 2003, including State Claims Manager and Claims General Manager for the Central Zone, overseeing teams of up to 10,000 professionals. Significant accomplishments include managing large-scale operations, executing process improvements for thousands of claims employees, and leading initiatives that resulted in substantial cost savings and operational efficiency. Currently, Michael serves as an Independent Director at LKQ Corporation and an Advisory Director at Enterprise Mobility, complemented by an educational background that includes a BS in Business Administration and an MBA from Drake University.
