Enterprising Women Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and sister entity to Enterprising Women magazine. The Foundation is dedicated to advancing women’s entrepreneurship in the United States and globally through leadership development, mentorship, and access to opportunity.

Our signature programs include:

Young Enterprising Women (YEW) – A leadership and mentorship initiative that connects high school girls, especially those from underserved and first-generation backgrounds, with accomplished women entrepreneurs and executives. Through immersive experiences, mentorship, and national conference access, students gain confidence, career exposure, and the skills to lead.

Peace Through Business® – A global program that empowers women business owners in developing and conflict-affected countries through entrepreneurship training, mentorship, and international exchange. By equipping women with business education and access to global networks, the program strengthens families, communities, and economies.

Entrepreneurs of Purpose – A values-driven initiative that elevates women business leaders who are building profitable companies while making a measurable impact in their communities and industries. The program promotes ethical leadership, social responsibility, and purpose-driven growth.

Together, these programs create pathways for women and girls to lead, innovate, and drive economic progress. We believe entrepreneurship is a powerful force for opportunity, independence, and positive global change.

Through partnerships with business leaders, educators, philanthropists, and community organizations, the Enterprising Women Foundation works to expand access, elevate representation, and support the next generation of women entrepreneurs.
