Tim Diller

Director, Digital Transformation Services at Enthought

Tim holds three degrees in mechanical engineering, including a Ph.D. and B.S. from The University of Texas at Austin and an M.S. from M.I.T. Tim loves working at the intersection of technology, commerce, and human organization. Before joining Enthought, Tim worked as a research scientist at The University of Texas modeling the physics of a novel in-vehicle particulate matter sensor used to break the emissions-fuel economy compromise in the design of heavy-duty diesel engines.

Between his master’s and doctoral degrees, Tim spent five years at the Michelin Americas R&D Corporation, improving handling performance with tire-vehicle modeling and simulation. His graduate work covered diverse areas including production system design, thermal and fluid systems modeling, and combustion science.
