Sunny Chang

Sunny Chang currently serves as Vice President Legal at Iambic Therapeutics, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Sunny held several positions at Artiva Biotherapeutics from January 2023 to August 2025, including Associate General Counsel, Assistant General Counsel, and Senior Director of Corporate Counsel. Sunny's experience at Cooley LLP from May 2013 to February 2021 involved representing public and private companies in the life sciences sector, focusing on complex transactions and corporate matters. Sunny also completed a judicial externship at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 2012. Education includes a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Tufts University School of Medicine.
