Jose Rocha

Jose Rocha has held a variety of positions throughout their career. From 2002 to 2006, they served as a Sergeant 13M and 15B in the US Army. From 2006 to 2011, they worked as a Technical Support Analyst at MONI Smart Security. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Supervisor Technical Support at Protection 1 Security Solutions. Finally, from 2014 to present, they have been an Application Engineer and Quality Control Analyst at ENTOUCH. In their roles, they have provided customer support, performed quality control installations, set up accounts, scheduled branch service calls, uploaded/downloaded panels, and performed special projects. Additionally, they have provided installation support for proprietary thermostats and energy management systems, inspected installations of EMS equipment, and assisted with account questions and issues.

Jose Rocha received their Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Invalid9380 in 2014-2016. Jose then went on to receive their Bachelor's degree in History from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2016-2018.
