Simen Ridderholt

Simen Ridderholt is currently the Eiendomssjef at Entra ASA, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Seniorrådgiver / Porteføljeforvalter at Forsvarsbygg and as a Real Estate Agent at Aktiv Eiendomsmegling from 2016 to 2018. Simen's earlier experience includes various roles in the real estate sector, including as an Analysemedarbeider at Entra Eiendom AS and as a Meglerchat at DNB Eiendom. They also served in the Norwegian Armed Forces as a Sersjant, where they gained leadership experience. Simen is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development at Handelshøyskolen, Norges miljø- og biovitenskapelige universitet.
