Micaela C.

Micaela C. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Micaela started their career in 2010 as a Secretary at Axialent, where they handled communication with clients and managed administrative tasks. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Payroll Analyst at ExxonMobil, focusing on salary calculations and coordinating audits. In 2013, they became the Purchasing Department Manager at Herramientas y Afilados Houston Ltda, responsible for sourcing materials and managing inventory. At Magnum Freight Corp, from 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Documentation Analyst, overseeing shipment tracking and customer service. From 2016 to 2019, they held various positions at ITOS, including Client Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, and PEO Operations Manager. In these roles, they led account management teams, measured client satisfaction, and handled payroll processes. Micaela'smost recent experience, starting in 2019, has been with Entravision Communications, where they served as the Global Payroll Administrator and later as the Entravision Digital Global HR Manager. Currently, they are the Head of EVC Digital Global HR and Compensation, responsible for overseeing HR operations, compliance audits, and payroll supervision on a global level.

Micaela C. is currently pursuing a Licenciatura degree in Psicología at Institución Universitaria de Colombia, which they expect to complete in 2024. Prior to this, they earned a Tecnología degree in Comercio Exterior y Negocios Internacionales from Politénico Internacional in 2019. Micaela also holds a Técnico Profesional degree in Comercio Exterior y Negocios Internacionales from the same institution in the years 2013-2015. Micaela'ssecondary education was completed at Escuela Normal Superior en Lenguas Vivas "Sofia E. Broken de Spangenberg" from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachiller Bilingue Modalizado en Ciencias y Letras.

Micaela has also obtained additional certifications, including FCPA (Ley de Prácticas de Corrupción en el Extranjero) from Thompson Reuters in 2021, a Diplomado Virtual en Gestión del Talento Humano from Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá in 2019, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Celergo LLC in 2018.
