Katie Leclair

Katie LeClair has over 15 years of experience in service delivery and operations management. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager and previously as a Business Analyst at Entrega since September 2018, Katie has demonstrated expertise in enhancing operational efficiencies. Prior to this role, Katie was the Operations Manager at Triadex Services from September 2007 to July 2018, where strategic leadership was pivotal. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Western Michigan University, completed in 2005.
