Amanda Breen is a features writer at Entrepreneur. Amanda previously worked as a news fellow at Columbia University School of the Arts, where they wrote 3-5 articles a week featuring School of the Arts students and alumni and a biweekly series profiling faculty members’ careers and pedagogy during the pandemic. Amanda also worked as an exam proctor at the Columbia University Office of Disability Services, where they administered exams and ensured all accommodation needs were met. Amanda has also worked as a teacher at C2 Education and as an intern at Kimberley Cameron and Associates. Amanda was the managing editor of The Barnard Bulletin from September 2014 to May 2017.

Amanda Breen has a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Columbia University School of the Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Barnard College.
