Lara Bruner is the Principal Consultant of Vulcan Consulting, where they provide in-person and online influence training for professionals, focusing on ethical persuasion and integrity. With a background as the founding Director of the Arizona Teaching of Psychology Conference and a recipient of the American Psychological Association’s Excellence in Teaching Award, Lara has dedicated over a decade to enhancing education and organizational practices. They also served as a Retention & Engagement Project Manager for Tempe Union High School District, successfully reducing turnover rates. Currently, Lara continues to develop their expertise while pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology Education at Rutgers University. Outside of work, they enjoy exploring the West and engaging in strategy games.
