Jaina Henry

Jaina Henry is a CHRL with extensive experience in HR management and consulting. Jaina most recently worked as the Director of HR at Entripy Custom Clothing, where they were responsible for the development and implementation of HR policies and programs. Jaina also worked as an HR Consultant at PulseHR, offering a full range of customized HR services to small and medium-sized organizations. Prior to that, they held the position of HR Manager on a contract basis at SurfEasy. Jaina's earlier roles include HR Supervisor at Uline, and HR Manager at KWH Pipe, where they provided guidance and support to managers in various HR functions. Jaina began their career as an HR Generalist at Getronics, where they handled benefits administration and payroll queries.

Jaina Henry, CHRL, holds a BSc in Psychology from York University (1996-2000) and a CHRM (Certified Human Resources Manager) degree from Seneca Polytechnic (2002-2005). Jaina also obtained additional certifications, including being a Certified HR Leader from HRPA (Human Resources Professionals Association) in 2006 and a Human Resource Management Certificate from Seneca College in the same year. Recently, they became Joint Health & Safety Committee Certified from Workplace Safety & Prevention Services in 2021.
