Mike Williams

Mike Williams is an experienced legal and financial professional with a diverse background in corporate governance, offshore structures, and Islamic finance. Currently serving as Director at Entrust since July 2025, Mike specializes in offshore holding structures, trusts, family investment companies, and digital assets. Prior to this role, Mike was General Counsel at Dominion from January 2024 to July 2025, focusing on structuring and managing offshore structures. Mike also held the position of Partner at Collas Crill from May 2017 to January 2024, dealing with corporate and banking transactions and capital markets. Earlier experience includes being a Partner at Mourant Ozannes, an Associate at Clifford Chance, and an Associate at Allens, with extensive expertise in banking and finance throughout these roles. Mike holds a LLB in Law and Accounting from the University of Canberra, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The Australian National University, and a B.Bus in Accounting and Business Law from Curtin University.
