James Chang is a seasoned professional in the engineering field, currently serving as a Project Manager at EN Engineering since June 2005. With a career trajectory that includes roles as Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer, James has led a team of 10 engineers in the standardization and documentation of natural gas transmission systems for Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure (MAOP) verification. Previously, as a Senior Design Engineer, James coordinated engineers and designers for large diameter main replacements and oversaw various projects, including public improvements and system enhancements for local distribution companies. Early in the career, experience as a Design Engineer involved designing significant infrastructure projects for multiple clients.
