Ryan Koch

Ryan Koch serves as the Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer at ENTRUST Solutions Group since April 2022. Prior to this role, Ryan held significant positions including Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at Covius from December 2017 to March 2022, and Vice President of Corporate Development at IHS from October 2011 to November 2017. Additional experience includes roles at Edgeview Partners, Lehman Brothers, KeyBanc Capital Markets/Wallach Company, and Fleet Securities, Inc. Ryan's educational background includes an MBA in Corporate Finance from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA in Business Administration from Franklin & Marshall College.
