Brandon Wall

Brandon Wall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in vendor management and operational leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Vendor Management at Entrust since January 2025, Brandon previously held the same title at Molina Healthcare and was a Senior Manager of Business Process Outsourcing at Included Health. At Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, Brandon played a pivotal role in developing the Vendor Management Office, overseeing over 1,300 vendor relationships and managing a substantial annual vendor spend. Additionally, Brandon led operations in shared services and contact center technology at the same organization, focusing on improving operational efficiency and vendor value. Brandon began career experience at Virgin Mobile USA, where leadership in customer care technology enhanced service delivery. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems, with a focus on Transportation and Logistics, from Iowa State University.
