Colleen Hall is the Senior Product Director for AI-driven Identity Verification at Entrust, where they manage a B2B SaaS product team focused on automating identity verification and fraud detection. Previously, Colleen held various roles at Microsoft, including Product Lead for AI solutions and Principal Product Manager for Microsoft Tasks. Colleen also worked at SwiftKey as VP of Growth and at King Digital Entertainment, where they established a Customer and Market Insight team.
