Elliot Johnson

Elliot Johnson is a seasoned professional in internal communications and colleague engagement, currently serving as the Director of Colleague Engagement at Entrust since March 2023. With extensive experience in developing workplace engagement practices, Johnson has played key roles at Entrust, including Senior Manager of Culture Programs & Communications and Senior Manager of Internal Communications and Culture. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Internal Communications at National Veterinary Associates, and various communication and event management positions at the Shakopee Chamber & Visitors Bureau and Brookings Chamber of Commerce. Johnson began a career in public relations with the National Organizations for Youth Safety, leading numerous national events focused on teen traffic safety. Elliot Johnson holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from South Dakota State University.
