Freddy Parra

Freddy Parra is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in data protection solutions and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Entrust (formerly nCipher) since September 2019, Freddy specializes in next-generation hardware security module development. Prior to this role, Freddy worked as a Staff Software Engineer at ARRIS (formerly PACE), focusing on gateway and router development, as well as PHP and cloud services innovation. Earlier career experience includes positions at Pace, where Freddy contributed to gateway and DOCSIS development, and FirstService Residential, where a Voice Over IP communication platform was implemented. Freddy also developed a telecommunication billing solution at 1n Global Communications and created an SNMP monitoring system at Radiant Holdings-Numind Software Systems. Freddy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Florida International University.
