Greg Hinz has extensive experience in technical support and customer service within the field of electronics, with a career at Entrust spanning from 1995 to the present. Currently serving as a Field Services Engineer and Level III Technical Support, Greg has over 20 years combined experience in product and customer support roles, leading multiple Service Functional Core teams for new product releases. Previously, as Lead Customer Engineer at Fiserv Shoreview, Greg emphasized customer satisfaction and process improvement while training new team members in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. Earlier experience includes a role as a Technician at Eagan Technical Services. Greg holds an Associate degree in Industrial Electronics from St. Paul Technical Vocational Institute, along with a high school diploma from Humboldt High School.
