Ilona Jones

Ilona Jones has over a decade of experience in the educational and verification sectors. Currently serving as a Team Supervisor and Global Verification Trainer at Entrust since April 2013, Ilona initially joined the company as a Verification Specialist, where the need for a Global Trainer role was recognized due to the team's expansion into EMEA and APAC regions. Prior to Entrust, Ilona worked as an Academic Advisor at the Western Quebec School Board from June 2009 to June 2013, where responsibilities included leading the Student Services Support team and overseeing individual education plans. Ilona holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Carleton University, earned from 2003 to 2007.
