Jacob Perez

Jacob Perez is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in cloud services and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior PKI Cloud Services Engineer at Entrust since January 2017, Jacob specializes in installing, configuring, and supporting PKI software and architectures, as well as managing Certificate Authority administration. Prior roles include an O365 Escalation Engineer at Microsoft, where Jacob provided in-depth technical troubleshooting for complex issues and supported Office 365 migrations.
