James Ford

James Ford has over two decades of experience in technical account management and system engineering, currently serving as a Global Technical Account Manager at Entrust since May 1999. In this role, James is responsible for establishing and nurturing trusted advisor relationships with complex accounts, while also articulating Entrust's technology offerings. Previous positions include Sales/System Engineer, where James provided Entrust's wide range of security solutions to major institutions and government agencies across Canada, and System Integrator in the Illinois state government, managing security systems for various state and federal agencies. Early career experience includes leading professional audio services for high-profile government meetings and serving in the Canadian Armed Forces as an Armoured Infantry soldier. James holds an education in Information Technology and Audio Engineering.
