Jim Herkenhoff is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in testing and system verification. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer at Entrust since September 2015, Jim leads the testing of Windows and Linux desktop printer drivers. Previously, Jim held roles such as Senior Test Engineer, focusing on re-transfer and direct to card printers, and worked at QLogic as a Staff Engineer System Test to verify Storage Area Networks. Jim's early career includes positions at Honeywell, where Jim designed test equipment for HVAC products and product testing during manufacturing, as well as roles at Datacard and Alliant Techsystems involving test equipment design and programming for the U.S. Navy. With a background that also covers customer engineering at Hewlett Packard and calibration technician work at Honeywell, Jim brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the engineering field, supported by education from Hennepin Technical College.
