Jon Carter

Jon Carter is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Entrust since January 2019, Jon has held multiple senior engineering positions, including Engineering Director at both Entrust and Thales eSecurity, where tenure spanned from June 2002 to January 2019. Jon's career began as an ASIC Design Engineer at Ericsson and Nortel, with earlier roles in RF design and FPGA engineering at MATRA MARCONI SPACE and Mass Consultants. Jon holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Portsmouth, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
