Jon Wawra

Jon Wawra has extensive experience in embedded firmware engineering, currently serving as a Senior Principal Embedded Firmware Engineer at Entrust since February 2012, where responsibilities include developing embedded software for high-speed card and passport printers. Prior roles at Entrust include Principal Embedded Firmware Engineer and Senior Firmware Engineer. Jon's professional journey began with a position as a Project Embedded Software Engineer at Rosemount from May 2008 to February 2012 and included an internship as an Embedded Software Engineer at Cooper Industries Ltd. and an internship as a Reliability & Maintenance Power Engineer at Xcel Energy. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Minnesota, achieved in 2008.
