Lester Ellis

Lester Ellis is an experienced leader in customer service and organizational management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Service for North and Latin America at Entrust Datacard since November 2014. Previously, Lester held the position of Senior Director of Worldwide Service and Customer Care at Fluke Calibration, overseeing global customer support and service activities. At NCR Corporation, Lester served as Vice President and Area General Manager for the US Northeast, managing a significant customer service organization and a $200 million service portfolio. As President and CEO of Automated Home Solutions, Lester developed a high-end professional services automation company specializing in custom integrations. Lester began a successful career at Philips Healthcare as Vice President of Customer Service for North America, managing a large service organization and contributing to significant business growth. Lester holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
