Mandy Kopnick is a Senior Counsel and strategic compliance leader with extensive experience in compliance risk assessment, regulatory change monitoring, and compliance testing. Previously, Mandy served as a Senior Compliance Officer in Wealth Management at RBC and as a Senior Counsel at Castlelake, where they led compliance initiatives and enhanced corporate governance. Currently, Mandy is the Director of Governance and Oversight at Entrust, guiding compliance frameworks and fostering collaboration among stakeholders. With a Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, Mandy has demonstrated a commitment to excellence in compliance management throughout their career.
