Matthew Jones

Matthew Jones has extensive experience in technical support and customer service, currently serving as the Manager of Technical Support for the EMEA region at nCipher Security since January 2019. Prior to this role, Matthew worked at Thales eSecurity from August 2014 to January 2019, where responsibilities included Technical Support Team Leader and Customer Support Engineer. Earlier in Matthew's career, from August 2002 to July 2014, experience was gained at Iansyst Ltd in roles such as Senior Repair Technician and Build Technician.
