Meghan Dailey

Meghan Dailey is an experienced Director of Customer Operations at Entrust, a role held since February 2016, overseeing remote and on-site order management teams in Canada and the US, managing 62% of the global order volume. Prior to this position, Meghan served as Senior Manager Customer Operations and Americas Customer Operations Manager, where responsibilities included performance management, process improvement, and team development. Meghan began her career in customer service at Unipower Corp and The Preservation Society of Newport County, gaining foundational experience in client relations and team management. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Western Governors University, Meghan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, also from Western Governors University.
