Michael Long is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Entrust since August 2017, Michael has previously held positions as a Technical Support Engineer at DataGravity and a QA Engineer and Senior Enterprise Storage Support Specialist at Dell.
