Paul Hark

Paul Hark is an experienced legal professional and public servant with a diverse background in contract management, economic development, and education. Currently serving as a Contract Manager and Attorney at Entrust since May 2018, Paul has a notable history in local government as a City Council Member and Board Member of the Economic Development Authority in Inver Grove Heights from January 2015 to December 2018, where responsibilities included negotiating the annual budget and business development efforts.
