Romaine Adams

Romaine Adams has extensive experience in contract administration and executive administration, currently serving as the Executive Administrator and Office Manager at HyTrust since November 2013. Previously, Romaine was employed as a Contracts Administrator at Nanosolar from January 2010 to April 2013, where responsibilities included the collection and review of various company contracts. Romaine also held multiple roles at Fujitsu, including Senior Contracts Administrator for both Fujitsu Computer Systems Corporation and Fujitsu America, Inc., addressing contract issues and collaborating with finance, procurement, and legal departments. Earlier experience includes contract management at Walt Disney Internet Group, where Romaine drafted and negotiated a wide range of agreements. Romaine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Relations and Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco and an Associate degree in Business from Fisher College.
