Roy Feine

Roy Feine has extensive experience in web content and technical support, currently serving as a Senior Web Content Specialist at Entrust Datacard since 1997. Previously, Feine held multiple roles at Datacard Group, including Extranet Service & Support Web Portal Manager, where management of an online portal for technical inquiries was a key responsibility, and Knowledge Database Administrator, focusing on maintaining a FAQ knowledge database. Additionally, Feine worked as a Technical Instructor and Course Developer, creating training materials for service personnel. Earlier in a career at Unisys, roles included Computer Test Manager and Computer Test Technician, overseeing testing processes for mainframe computers and developing automated test procedures. Feine's foundational experience includes serving in the United States Air Force, working on digital communications and secure systems, alongside an Associate degree in Digital Electronic Communications and Crypto from the United States Air Force Tech School.
