Sam Kemp has extensive experience in technical support and service delivery within the data protection and cybersecurity sectors. Currently serving as Director Technical Support for Data Protection Solutions and Director of nCipher Technical Support at Entrust since January 2019, Sam has previously held several leadership roles at Thales eSecurity from November 2005 to January 2019, including Global Head of Technical Support and Head of Technical Support EMEA. Earlier career positions at Thales Telematics involved roles such as Customer Relations Manager and Customer Services Executive. Sam Kemp holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from Kingston University, obtained between 1996 and 1999.
