Tom Crowley

Tom Crowley is a seasoned technical author with extensive experience in various industries, currently serving as a Senior Technical Author at Entrust since May 2021. Previously, Tom contributed to the Customer Education team at Kimble Applications and worked as a Technical Author at UL EHS Sustainability, where responsibilities included maintaining documentation and creating release notes for agile teams. Tom's career began in hospitality roles, including positions at Holiday Inn and Asda, and included a successful completion of a graduate scheme at Capita Children's Services, focusing on technical authoring and leadership training. Tom holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Surrey, among other academic qualifications.
