Wendy Nelson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Total Rewards and compensation management. Currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at Entrust since May 2020, Wendy has previously held significant roles including Director of Total Rewards at RTI Surgical®, and Senior Director of Global Compensation & Equity at Micron Technology. With a strong background in designing comprehensive rewards strategies and ensuring alignment with business goals, Wendy has also contributed to SUPERVALU in various capacities, focusing on executive compensation and base pay programs. Wendy’s earlier experience includes roles in compensation analysis at Albertsons and service as a Flight Route Planner in the US Air Force Reserve. Wendy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and has attended Boise State University.
