- Debbie Phillips
Debbie Phillips, Ph.D., CPM, serves as President of The Quadrillion since 1997 and has been an active member of the Atlanta City Advisory Board for Shelters to Shutters since June 2020, focusing on aiding individuals and families facing situational homelessness. In academia, Debbie holds adjunct professor roles at REALTOR® University and the New School of Architecture and Design, and previously served as a professor at the Georgia Institute of Technology and the University of Georgia. Additionally, Debbie was the Executive Director of the Georgia Apartment Industry Education Foundation from 2004 to 2017. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Consumer Journalism and a Master's in Seniors Housing from The University of Georgia, along with a Ph.D. from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Entryway is a national 501(c)3 organization providing employment and housing opportunities to individuals at risk or experiencing homelessness by engaging real estate/property management leaders and encouraging action within their communities. We work directly in local communities to identify and provide pre-screened, vetted job candidates that match the employment criteria that our Property Management Partners are looking for. The result is an innovative program that provides mentorship for careers in property management, along with full-time employment and housing opportunities for formerly homeless individuals. We assist veterans, domestic violence survivors and other deserving individuals transition from the challenge of being homeless to a life of self-sufficiency.
