Anna Butenko is an experienced energy lawyer currently serving as the Deputy Head of the Legal Section at ENTSO-E. They have extensive expertise in the gas and electricity sectors and maintain a strong academic background, holding the position of Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for Energy and the Environment at Vermont Law School.
