Cara McLaughlin is the Head of Member Relations and Association Policy at ENTSO-E, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, they served as the Communications Director at the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association from 2012 to 2024, and as a Communications Manager for the International Diabetes Federation from 1999 to 2002. Cara began their career with a trainee position at the European Parliament from 1996 to 1997. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in International from University College Dublin and a Master of Arts from Dublin City University.
