Tom Surtees is an experienced civil engineer with a focus on bridge and structural engineering. Currently serving as an Associate at Entuitive since November 2025, Tom has previously held prominent roles, including Principal Project Engineer at Mott MacDonald from May 2020 to August 2025 and Senior Bridge Engineer at McElhanney and COWI from 2013 to 2020. Early career experiences include positions as a Structural Engineer at Santiago Calatrava LLC and as an engineer at Ramboll whitbybird, along with project engineering roles at Alan Baxter & Associates. Tom's foundational experience includes volunteer work with Coral Cay Conservation and internships with OSCAR FABER PLC and MJ GLEESON PLC. Tom holds a Master of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering with Architecture from The University of Sheffield, earned between 1998 and 2002.
